Introducing Supermurgitroid Robot No. 159

It’s R Day my friends, and I would like to introduce you to Supermurgitroid Robot No. 159.

Robot No. 159 burst through the portal the day they came. They loudly announced they were here and ready to take in all the arts. They had a tiny suitcase that was filled to the brim with art supplies, and they had so many questions about art and artists and many of the things they’d heard of before they came.

I shared my art history books with Robot No. 159 until we could get to a museum, which they devoured. Then at the museum, they were in awe, their eyes big, their gauges blooping and high-pitched.

Robot No. 159 started whispering to themselves about the inspiration, the colours, the feelings, the expressions, the textures, the mediums, the context, the subtext, the different perspectives, the horizon, the sunlight, and the sheer joy it all brings.

It brings me immense joy to share art with Robot No. 159.

Supermurgitroid Robot No. 159 is available on Threadless Artist Shop ! Join the Supermurgitroid family, where every robot has a story, and every story inspires change.

Introducing Supermurgitroid Do-Gooder Robot No. 77

It’s R Day my friends, and I would like to introduce you to Supermurgitroid Robot No. 77.

I know when Robot No. 77 has been editing the grocery list—there’s always butter, chocolate chips, and oats added. It’s really hard to not pick the items up though, Robot No. 77 is a very sweet robot, who has a very sweet tooth!

Plus, they always help make the cookies, and it’s a lot of fun making cookies for our very full household! There’s always lots of giggles and lots of music. We end up having big conversations about what the best cookie flavour is, and who makes the best peanut butter, and whether fruit belongs in cookies or not.

We hadn’t fully explained the tradition of leaving cookies out for Santa on Christmas Eve to Robot No. 77 though. They ended up eating Santa’s cookies because they cannot resist a good cookie right out of the oven, especially when there’s a cold glass of milk to accompany it!

And that’s why Robot No. 77 wants to be a Do-Gooder for World Central Kitchen, so everyone has cookies when they need them the most.

Supermurgitroid Robot No. 77 is available on Threadless Artist Shop ! Join the Supermurgitroid family, where every robot has a story, and every story inspires change.

Take care and thank you for being here,

Robot Appreciation Day July 2

Seven of the initial Supermurgitroid Friends line up to stand together for the photo.

Good day Friends!

Today is Robot Appreciation Day! And yes, I did make that up, but I was sad when I didn’t see any robot-related days on any of the fun holiday calendars I use. I believe they deserve a day to be appreciated!

On top of that, my Supermurgitroid Friends are all trying to make their world a better place, so I wanted to help celebrate them and all the good they do.

How does one celebrate Robot Appreciation Day?

I can think of three ways:
– Do something good and kind for someone else today
– Do some self care for yourself today
– Buy one of my newly released postcards celebrating robots and doing good!

Each post card is $5 and then $2 gets donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association! (CMHA)

Available on my site, or message me to get yours today!

So when you buy this postcard to make someone smile, you’re also helping someone else smile again!

Let’s celebrate our robot friends, and doing good together!

Take care Friends, thank you for being here.

Introducing Supermurgitroid Robot No. 138

It’s R Day my friends, and I would like to introduce Supermurgitroid Robot No. 138.

Robot No. 138 got a bit caught up in the whirlwind created by Robot No. 70, Robot No. 73, and Robot No. 137. They read “T’was the Night Before Christmas” countless times, memorized so many carols, and stares at the snow with wide-eyed amazement. They’ve tried to learn all they can about reindeer, the North Pole, and traditions around the world. They’ve taken to the one Santa decoration, and often carries it around the house. They are often found sitting in front of the tree together, or if it’s snowing, in the window.

I can’t wait to see Robot No. 138’s face Christmas Eve when we follow NORAD as it tracks Santa’s trip!

Supermurgitroid Robot No. 138 is available on Threadless Artist Shop and on my Square site as a greeting card, (you can let me know if you’d like them on other items)! Join the Supermurgitroid family, where every robot has a story, and every story inspires change.

Take care and thank you for being here,
